Happy Clog was officially announced yesterday. Yes, us crazy Dutch b/cloggers have finally decided on a name of which we felt would reflect us as well as our expertise. The purpose? To discuss and advocate web standards in The Netherlands, but also having fun with like-minded individuals.

Open Meeting in August
Another meeting is scheduled to take place on August 28th, 14:00, in Cafe de Jaren, Amsterdam. It’s close to the Munt; trams 4, 9, 16, 24 and 25 from Central Station all come by there. Exit at the Munt, cross the bridge to the small street on the left and you’ll run into it after 40-50 meters.
This meeting is open to anyone who wishes to attend. We’re always open to new faces and we promise we won’t bite. A lot.

The name sounds too similiar to Zeldman's Happy Cog web design company. ;)
